Full details of the Department of Homeland Security can be found online. Also there are a ton of videos on YouTube reporting on this, but let me tell you all something about those videos.
Each and everyone of those videos are scare tactics to get you to buy something. I kid you not. At least 80% of the videos from these YouTube preppers are trying to sell you something as they proceed to scare the crap out of Mr. and Mrs. "I haven't prepped yet". Don't fall victim to the tone of these YouTubers. Remain calm and prep as you have been doing. if you have been putting off a major piece in your tool box, maybe you should go ahead and pull that trigger, but really people don't freak out.
The headlines from from the "Washington Examiner" is making all of this sound like a possible attack on the grid. Other reports are leaning heavily on a natural occurance. Bottom line is this, the mass amount of the after reports are trying to Y2K you into buying stuff you don't need.
Stick with your plan. Stick to what you have been doing this whole time. Remember, we are the ones that have been seeing this thing coming for a long time. For them to all of a sudden come out with this report right before Christmas is a little suspect, but then again, look at the last 4 months in America. Things are happening all over the place every day.
Let me be the voice of reality here. We already know we need to be ready for a power down situation. A grid down situation. Being ready with materials up to 6 months is a lot, but as I said, if you have been doing your thing all along, this is not a panic situation.
Is it possible that we will be a victim of a EMP? Yes it's possible. Likely hood that it will happen is slim. You have to look at the big picture here. On the flip side of things, nature will take it's course no matter what the politicians are saying so again, continue prepping as you were and keep your focus and composer.
We live in the day and age of mass distractions.
